This week is all about hair and Colleen asked me to share with you my hair problems and/or my daily routine. Indeed I’m not a good example because well, let’s just say it, I don’t do much to my hair!! Of course I wash them everyday after my work out: a good shampoo and a conditioner or a mask for curly, dry hair, then I let them air-dry: that’s the maximum I can do! And from time to time, I make a proper grandma hair mask: 3 tablespoons of olive oil mixed with lemon juice and I apply on my crazy curly hair for 20 minutes. And that’s all! One more thing that comes to mind: I heat up a few drops of palm oil from Leonor Grey in my hands and I brush my hair with my fingers. That helps them feel softer, nourished, properly curled and  protected form wind and sun, because in Miami it’s sunny all year long!

The only little thing that I love is to change products often because I’m sure using the same shampoo and the same conditioner all the time is not very good, hair gets “used to it”. The idea is to change from time to time to keep soft hair – which is not easy with curly hair…

I wasn’t really taking care of my long hair before I cut it so now that I have short hair, it’s even worse, I barely brush them and they look fine, well at least I think they look fine!! – actually, for a long time now I don’t brush my hair! But you know, that’s me… the more my hair looks crazy wild the more I like them!

So here is my daily hair story!
